After successful completion of the online education program and online provider examination, a completed clinical skills verification form must be received. The form requires a verifying signature by your local hospital or local educator/clinical supervisor, before the provider card will be issued. At the end of the recertification examination, you will be provided with a page where your clinical skills training and present skills relating to your role in resuscitation will be documented and made part of your provider recertification record. This process replaces activities with plastic manikins, which have never been demonstrated to accurately predict practice performance.
